Bible shows honest age and use consistent with its 140+ years. The leather binding has wear, scuffs, and some fading (especially on the spine and edges), which adds to its antique character. Inside, the pages have the expected toning, and minor marks of an old book, but the text remains clear and readable. There are a couple of pages at the end are partly loose of the binding. It would benefit from gentle cleaning or professional restoration if desired, but many collectors prefer to leave it in its original, lived-in state.
